I'm looking for recipes for yummy protein smoothies. The gym I go to makes the best strawberry banana smoothie with vanilla protein powder, but I can't find the ingredients they use (other than the protein) and nothing I've tried so far tastes as good as theirs. Exercising in a second story apartment

When you feel like falling off the wagon
What do you do when you start to feel your motivation wane? I know part of the problem is the weather. A recent cold snap has me feeling unmotivated to do anything in general. (I hate the cold) I'm not eating over maintenance, I'm just having trouble staying at goal everyday. So what are your tricks to remotivate yourself?
