I tried on jean shorts and even a jean skirt and was not utterly disgusted with my legs. It's been years since I've worn shorts! My legs are, however, pasty white...this white girl needs some sun!

I tried on some shorts the other day and - in addition to the size - was pretty pleased. Even had a "dayum... I have nice legs" moment. Way to go!
Let's both get a tan, though!0
