I pledge

to stay off the scale for exactly 2 weeks. I have been obsessed with weighing everyday and I know that is a no-no. So right here right now I pledge no weighing for 2 weeks! However if in 2 weeks I haven't lost anything...I will be devastated and just might go postal on that evil scale.

Gah...turning down that scale is going to be harder than turning down a piece of chocolate...wish me luck! :)

    Good luck!

    Hopefully you don't get bad timing with your weigh-ins. Fewer data points can amplify the effects of fluctuations.

    Make sure that the day before you weigh that you make it a low sodium, work out kinda day so that a more precise weigh in can occur! :)
