at last
i got on the dreaded scales and i have at last broke my plateau i had lost 32lbs and then kept fluctuating up and back down by 3 / 4 lbs for about 4 weeks thing morning I found i have lost that additional weight ... how did i do it ? i eat cereal for breakfast and supper so i am now having at least 4 meals a day and 1…

swimming calories
i am swimming 525 metres each session as i am not a strong swimmer it really gets my heart rate going but the only swimming calories i can find are based on times i swim for 45 mins but the 30 its takes me to swim this distance is intense for me so does anyone know where i can find out how many calories i am burning

i have one and its a great way to cook without fat but i wondered what meals others make with it i really like scampy tails cooked in it and chicken breast nuggets also when i cook burgers all the fat leaves the burger but they still remain very moist

I was going to have a workout today

you are not wrong about measuring yourself
i have lost 2lbs since signin up on here just over a week ago but the real results were in the measurements i have made then and re-checked today i am astounded .. seeing I have lost from my Chest 3 inch waist 2 inch top leg 1 inch & calf loss 1 inch is the best motivation of all thanks for such good advice

BMR Question
when I lose weight and my BMR is getting lower will the calculater make the ness adjustments to this (by the weight i imput at that time) so that i will still have the same 600 calorie deficite and continute to lose weight at the same rate?

i am realy strugglin i seem to be bloated with all the water and havent lost an ounce i cant work out much .. but i am stickin to the calories .. did anyone else have this prob when they started? i am eatin my burned calories and my net calories is 1200 help
