i have one and its a great way to cook without fat
but i wondered what meals others make with it
i really like scampy tails cooked in it and chicken breast nuggets also when i cook burgers all the fat leaves the burger but they still remain very moist

I have one of those Showtime rotisseries, it's big enough to do a decent-sized ham or turkey. I love it! When I cook chicken in the oven it comes out dry, but in the rotisserie, it's almost impossible (even for me) to foul it up!
