when I lose weight and my BMR is getting lower
will the calculater make the ness adjustments to this (by the weight i imput at that time)
so that i will still have the same 600 calorie deficite and continute to lose weight at the same rate?

Yes, just make sure your are "checking in" as your weight changes.:flowerforyou:0
