i have lost 2lbs since signin up on here just over a week ago
but the real results were in the measurements i have made then and re-checked today
i am astounded .. seeing I have lost
from my Chest 3 inch
waist 2 inch
top leg 1 inch
& calf loss 1 inch is the best motivation of all thanks for such good advice
