regarding my facebook app
I have just complained to facebook that with the new time line the feed for this app sits halfway down the page and it gets lower for each other item I post .. so the consequence is I have to delete everything I post each day to keep it to the top ... its ridiculous that an app like ours cant sit at the top of the page…

I have a question re exercise
I suffer with fatigue and so I am doing my exercise spread out over the day in short amounts (say walking 2x 30 mins at a time and maybe a 30 min swim ) so what i wanted to ask is exercise as effective this way and will i still get the same benifits as someone who can do longer time spans.

Hi i am not allowed to do much exercise due to back knee and foot problems but i am swimming pretty hard at least 4x a week i started with 40 mins a session of constant breaststroke and then i do some exercises in the pool do think this lifestyle change that will be enough to keep my levels of fitness up and my weight…

? Regarding sugars
i have eaten a Eat Natural Blueberries, Pistachios & Yogurt Bar today and the sugar reading is 17 which has taken me over my sugar limits.. however reading the ingredients it contained rice nuts yoghurt and some fruit so is this considered to be mostly healthy fruit? or not?
