Fitness app Sync question

Hi a question My new polar loop app polar flow syncs with myfitnesspal so do I still add exercise or will it already be taken into account when sync takes place?

    If it syncs with it you should see it appear in your exercise when it syncs, if you're not seeing it, check out the tech support board.

    It's showing as steps .But I am not sure if it's adding my workout calories.

    Not sure for polar but for Garmin it just adds the whole things as "Garmin Calorie Adjustment" and that includes my steps and workouts.
