grr advice please

i have gone over on my sugar today though i have plenty of calories left
i have exercised for 30mins today as well as walked for 20mins so will the xtra sugar
mess up my weight loss for today

    is it sugars from fruit - if so don't worry about it but if it's sweets....well move forward....

    well - just skip the sugars the rest of the day and learn from it - we've all been there!

    its ok they are homemade so i just wrked it out and its not so bad as i 1st thought

    I learned not to cook or eat fruit scones ever again
    they took up my sugar allowance for the whole day
