will it really matter if the amount of fibre I eat goes red?

    Wow i had to read that twice because i took that literally. lol fiber is good you will know if your body is having too much by what is coming out of your body.

    MFP sets fiber goals a bit low. I am usually around 50g per day because I'm a vegan... Fiber is believed to reduce risk of heart disease and lower cholesterol - so the only ill effects of too much fiber is a lot of going to the bathroom! Your body does get used to higher and higher levels of fiber, though, so that effect is not long-lived :wink:

    thanks I thought that would be so ... really this is one column that could do with starting out red and going to the normal forum color at say 15 ?
