Blood Sugar and Binge Eating.

Overdid "Cheat Day"

Just do it and be blunt and honest. I know it's HORRIBLE, but trust me it's MUCH less than I what I used to eat. Edit: *Oh and don't just look at today. Take a look over the past few days/weeks.

Calories: How much is too little and too much?
I have a daily goal of 1200. Some days I go as much as 400 over without exercise included ( and still lose) and 100 under. What do you think is too over from your daily goal? What about too under?

Words that make a food sound yummy

Eating Below BMR
So MFP gives me 1200 cals ( which I try to stay as close a possible too and eat back my excercise cals) and i am somewhat active but my BMR is 1380. Someone told me you should never eat below your BMR cause it can cause starvation mode? Is this true?

I have a question about Fat and Saturated Fat. Let's say I'm eating a burger and it has 20 grams of fat and 7 grams of saturated fat. Are those 7 grams of saturated fat part of the 20 grams or are they separate?

My BMR is 1260
Hey. I'm 5'3" and I weigh 113 pounds right now. My BMR is 1260 and needed to maintain my weight. I want to be 100 lbs , but MFP only gives me 1200 cals for the day, but that's only 60 less. Isn't their supposed to be a 500 calorie deficit to lose a pound per week? What are your thoughts on this?
