So those of you who eat egg whites, what do you do with the yolks?

I eat the yolks too. But if I didn't eat the yolks, I think I would buy the carton of egg whites instead.

I just buy egg whites or egg beaters in the carton.

I usually eat them, but if I need just the whites for a recipe or something I try to use the yolks in something else like a casserole or a meatloaf.

Usually they go into the garbage disposal with the eggshells.
One time I gave them to my friend to make custard with. But this is a dangerous game to play, because then she might offer me some custard.
I used to feel a little bad wasting 21 egg yolks per week, but now I'm over it.

Garbage disposal...used to buy egg whites but eggs are cheaper and its so easy to separate the white from the yolk

after i make my egg whites, i throw them out or scramble them for my dogs (the fat in the yolk is great for their fur & our hair too!)
