I have a question about Fat and Saturated Fat.
Let's say I'm eating a burger and it has 20 grams of fat and 7 grams of saturated fat.
Are those 7 grams of saturated fat part of the 20 grams or are they separate?

It's part of the original 20. If you read a label on a box you'll notice the types of fats all fall under the main category of fat.0

It means 7 of those 20 grams are saturated.0

i think It's just a breakdown letting you know, of the total fat grams, how many are saturated and how many are unsaturated.. or trans......or mono... or poly.... lol0
