Hey, Did Pilates last night after my BodyPump class....hadn't done it in a while and really want to improve my core strength and range of motion. Has anyone seen any positve effects from doing Pilates as part of their training programme?

Jerk sauce...how to use for max taste effect!?
Hi! My mum has just returned from a fab trip to Jamaica and has brought me back some jerk sauce. I'm not really sure how to serve this other than with chicken? Any ideas on what to make as a meal? I was thinking having it alongside some homemade potato wedges? Not sure what else?

Leftover bananas---what to do with them.
I have about 3-4 bananas leftover from the weekend. I don't really eat them on their own but in wouldn't moind making spomething with them that isn't excessive in calories, extra carbs, fat and sugar. Any ideas much appreciated please!!!

Do you incline when you walk and run?
Whenever i run on the treadmill i always make sure that the incline is at 1.0 and not comp;letely flat. I was told to do this to protect joints and mimic an outdoor run. Does anyone else do this, and also would MFP account for this when you log?
