Salmon is supposed to be great for you...I cannot acquire a taste for it. I like Haddock. Tuna is great.0

I second tilapia which is a mild tasting fish for people who do not like the taste of fish. It easily absorbs whatever you put on it. Salmon is really good also and sardines.0

By volume Tuna is one of the highest.0

Tilapia isn't too bad. 100g's has 20 g's of protein and about 100 calories.....basically all protein.0

Yeah i love tilpia...it's kind of come into fashion over here in the UK. I generally have it grilled with lemon and some herbs. Any recipes would be great though!?0

I love rainbow trout. For 100g you get 23g of protein and 150 calories.0

I try to eat fish everyday. I prefer Mahi, but will eat Ahi and Albacore Tuna. Salmon is high in fat as is Halibut. These are good fats that your body needs.
Tilapia is quite good as well if it is farm raised. Tilapia is a bottom feeding fish used to clean fish tanks in large hatcheries. Normally these fish aren't for sale, but that's generally what they are good for in the industry.
If I could afford to eat the kinds of fish I love, I would eat Monk fish and Sea Bass everyday.0 -
I eat a lot of salmon & tuna...love any and all seafood/fresh water fish0
