What else can i have to up my protein tomorrow-i'm outta pro

Hey, i'm out of my protein shake!! I've calculated my diet for tomorrow to include cottage cheese, greek yoghurt, peanut butter, chicken, turkey and cheese but i'm still under! What else can i have while i wait for my protein order!?

    I eat tons of egg whites- low calorie and high protein!

    Maybe almonds or some other nuts? I see you already have peanut butter... maybe just double up on some of what you have?

    Sounds like a nice variety, I would just increase the amount of meat to up protein without going crazy on fat or calories.

    A can of tuna might be nice, too.

    Yeah, my diet is pretty varied and i do enjoy it! Think i might double up on a few things like more almonds and cottage cheese. Postman better get here soon with my protein!

    The panic is over...i got my protein today...found a great supplement store just down the road!
