Which protein shake?.and....

Hi, i'm currently using USN protein dessert which can be used as a thicker dessert style supplement or with a bit more fluid as a shake too. The chocolate one is good with 24g of proteing and virtually no carbs. Anybody have any other suggestions?

and...i'm at work...bit peckish..have a few calories to use up today and have logged everything else...what can i have that's low carb...i've hit my target for today?

    Any protein powder that is cold processed, doesn't have any artificial sweetners and rBST free.
