greek salad for sure :) it comes with chunks of cucumbers, tomatos, olives and usually a lemon vinagerette dressing which is low cal- also comes with cheese but I think you can afford that with how low cal it is. Also veggie falafals w/o the pita bread are a good choice too- you're lucky greek is pretty healthy!

Chicken Souvlakis is not bad either - basically chicken breast on skewers. I normally have that with the salad. mmmm

I do love Greek food but i'm not sure a salad will really hit the spot, plus it's lunch 'out' so don't want to have something that i could knock up in a few seconds at home with a bag of lettuce, tomatoes, olices, red onion and feta!

Any thoughts on a fish kebab? (chunks of salmon, swordfish and grilled prawns)

I'd just eat whatever I fancied from the menu. You're going to a restaurant either with friends or on business, so why complicate things. It's not as if you're going to suddenly put on a stone overnight.

Looking after yourself doesn't automatically mean you have to deny yourself. Now if you were eating in restaurants on a daily basis, then you'd have to factor the extra calorific burden into your nutritional plan.

But if it's an odd occasion, I'd say just go and enjoy your self and the wonderful Greek cuisine
