Not sure I should have upped my calories
I upped my calories from 1470 to 1570 when I started doing month2 of Insanity. 1470 is .5lb loss and I was maintaining my weight with that. I started month 2 yesterday. I barely was able to finish the workout. Today I couldn't bring myself to do it again. I am really thinking of stopping even though I got this far. I don't eat back my exercise calories

P90x or P90x2?
I haven't done P90x yet, but have P90x2. Will I be ok to do that one first or should I wait till I get the first one. I am a bit nervous for these as I am weak as hell in my arms.

Insanity question
I am on week 4 of Insanity. I am suppose to start my recovery week Monday, then of coarse month 2. However I have been really sick this week and missed some workouts. Do you think I should redo week 4 next week? I am really hoping for some good results and want to do it right.

I am thinking I want to add a little lifting into my weekly routine. I dont have much (any) money. I dont have a bench. I was thinking of getting some dumbbells. I dont really know where to start. Any advice?

What is "skinny fat"?
? I keep seeing this. I thought it was just when you are skinny but eat unhealthy and dont workout. If that is the case though then why would cardio lead to skinny fat?

Knee pain. What would you do?
My knees have been hurting for a while now. It started getting bad when I got my elliptical, so I stopped that and did JM's Ripped in 30. My knees didnt get any worse with that. Snacking, this helps me
Sure 1/4 cup has 110 calories, but one wont hurt right? Things I do this with, I calculate how many calories is in one and repeat that number when I go to reach for just one. I am forever taking bites or pieces of my kids snacks. How do you keep from snacking to much?

Rest day hunger
I am not good at taking rest day. I normally workout 7 days a week doing different things. So I am use to eating that amount of calories. Today I woke up with my back killing me so I planned a rest day. My problem is I am still hungry. Should I go hungry, eat and go over, or eat and workout? What do you think?

I feel horrible today!
I feel bloated and big. I feel like the harder I try the more the scale moves up. I dont feel like I got a good enough workout in today and wasted my chance to do another one. I feel like giving up completely. That's all.

Over on the weekend
I had more of a "free" weekend the I would have liked. I went over 600 calories today and 200 yesterday. Should I try to eat under 200 calories for then next few days? Will the help?
