Nutritional goals

What do you have your nutritional goals set to?
I wanted to up my protein so I have it at 30, 40, 40 does that seem right?

    I have mine set to 40/30/30, c/f/p. I pretty much never make that goal, though. I'm always over on my fat, usually over on my carbs, and usually under on my protein. The 40/30/30 ratio is a pretty popular one, and tons of people can do it just fine.

    It fosters a healthy relationship with your body burning fat.
    On lifting days hit the starchy carbs hard and on rest days hit the fats hard.
    Simple!
