Not to get on anyone's bad side but.......
How come every single time someone asks for good ab exercises the responses are always "you cant spot reduce"
However when someone asks about toning their butt or thighs they get lots of responses.
It is true that you have to eat right to have a flat tummy, but there are some great ways to get a smaller waist line and it is not a waste of time to do some core focused exercises.
This is just how I feel. I needed to vent.
