I want to know how much protein I should be eating. They say 1g of every pound of lean body mass.
I know my BMI (about) do I subtract that from my weight?
Told you it was a stupid question

You don't subtract your BMI. You want to find your lean body mass.
You subtract your multiply your bodyfat % with your current weight. You will then get the weight in fat. You subtract that number from your current weight.
That's your LBM.
Then you just do 1g per lb of LBM,0 -
I weigh 120lbs and am bad at math. My BMI according to the tool on here is 190
