I liked it very much...it got me going. I find it boring at present but will go back toit now and then when other dvds are too much for x reasons...:) I lost 30 lbs with Hip Hop Abs and the Gazzelle a few years ago.....

I watched an infomercial for this the other day and it caught my interest. I like dance workouts and my tummy is forever one of my trouble areas (I want flat abs!) so this looked like it might be a good workout for me. Why did you get bored of it? I just like to know all kinds of things before I order something like that. I have 10 - 15 more pounds that I want to lose.

Is this with Shaun T? I think I have this set of dvd's but haven't tried them yet. I did one of his dvd's but didn't care for it so I haven't tried the abs one. I should though because I need a lot of help in that area.

I just ordered it. It looks like my type of thing.
Plus I might miss Shaun T after Insanity.

I have it and need to dust it off! It is a LOT of fun. Doesn't really feel like exercise.
  • Super fun :) definitely worth a try. If you dont want to shell out the cash yet cause you're uncertain there are a few videos of it on youtube :) i suggest you try that first :)

I personally did not like it. To "dancy" for me, and I found out I am not a fan of Shawns teaching style.

But thats just my personal preference.
