RI30 Advice

I really hate JM today. I just did day 3 of week 3 of Ripped in 30. I HATE week 3. I loved week 2.
I feel this workout is useless to me. The things that I are hard are so hard for me I cant do them at all. The easy parts are to easy.
I really want to get to week 4 and finish this out right, but I feel like I'm starting to dislike doing this. I normally love working out.
Any advice?

    Just stick with it. I promise you will like week 4! I hated week 3 too...definitely the worst level! But, if you stick with it you will have a great feeling of accomplishment. I just tried to remember that it was only 30 minutes out of my day and then I could move on. Hang in there!

    Thank you, that is what I needed to hear. I only have a few more days till I can move on. I CAN do it :)

    I hated week 3 too. I don't know, doing this right after 30 DS, I am am not a big fan. I stuck to it and finished week 3 and I am now on Week 4 Day 2. I feel the same way, some exercises are way too easy and others are downright ridiculously difficult. In fact I find the advanced moves on some exercises easier than the beginner moves. Wait till you come to week 4. The last 2 mts of the last circuit you just lay on your back and hear Saint jillian talking, sermonizing. Not that I am complaining, hey helps me catch my breath but I personally think she ran out of exercises. Oh and every time she says she wants to bounce a quarter I feel like screaming I will pay you a dollar to shut up. I cant wait to finish this DVD.

    I have done many JM DVD's and today was the first time I said very loudly to my TV F you!
    I am looking forward to finishing this and moving to 6 week 6 pack level 2. I like that workout and know it works were I need it. I am going to mix that with level 3 30DD.
