BMF with not much to lose
Has anyone found it successful. I have only 10 pounds to lose and find I go up and down by up to a pound a day. I know this isn't fat gain/ loss but hard to see if its accurate. It's giving me a much higher calorie burn than my fitbit and HRM.

Anyone starting CE/TF hybrid
I've been doing CE but not done any running recently because of the weather. Not sure about Turbofire as not that I to kickboxing but a friends leant me the DVDs and I can't find any other cardio programmes I like. So tomorrow I'm going to start the hybrid. Anyone fancy joining me?

Calipers instead of scales
I have had enough to seeing my scales go up and down the same few pounds so I'm going to put them away and get some calipers instead. I'm within healthy body weight but have some fat to lose. Can anyone recommend some good ones.

I have just started CE and I love it. I don't have much to lose and have read from lots of people that strength traing is what I need. Does CE count or should I be doing NROLFW?

There seems to be three toes- sport, urethane and classic. I've read the website but am interested in what people think it best for a female for use for Chalean extreme. I've seen some on eBay which the owner says has 'personal' written on them. Does that mean anything to anyone?

Has Bodymedia fit worked for everyone
I've read the posts and know some people have found it bulky and the metal has irritated them but is there anyone that has found they haven't used weight by eating the suggested calories. I want to know if its worth investing in.
