BMF and driving

Do you find you get higher than expected figures whilst driving. Not sure how much is because I'm in the UK ( change gear with left hand).

I'm from Canada but when driving in my friends car (no shocks) I just have to take it off for the trip because it can sometimes read as if your moving around more.0
