Has anyone found it successful. I have only 10 pounds to lose and find I go up and down by up to a pound a day. I know this isn't fat gain/ loss but hard to see if its accurate. It's giving me a much higher calorie burn than my fitbit and HRM.

I had 20 to lose. Now 14-15....depending on the day. I flux by a pound or two but in general I have lost. It is slow though :(

Do you find your TDEE is higher on this than you expected?

Yes definitely was a shock to me. I am at about 3300 on rest days and almost 4000 on exercise days. Definitely wasn't eating enough before it to compensate.

And are you losing now? We're you before?

I was not losing weight before I was eating around 2000 calories a day which apparently was way too low for my body. I thought I was burning 2400 - 2600 a day. Now I eat 2700 calories a day and am finally beginning to lose. Its a lot easier to judge your TDEE this way than just relying on an arbitrary calculator.

Thanks. I lost a pound in the first week but have been up and down in the second. I think I need to have faith and stick with it. Thanks.
