Calorie Counting as a chef?
I work as cook full time and I'm currently trying to lose weight. However, part of my job requires me to taste everything I make in order to make sure it's good, etc. How would I add this in? Its kinda like a lot of small tasters throughout the day but it obviously builds up. Any advice?

advice on lowering sodium intake?
I've been noticing in my logs lately that even though I'm under my caloric goal overall I'm still going over in both fat and sodium. The fat isn't too bad but still need to watch, however with the sodium it will go over the top a lot of times. Mostly when I eat out, but still.. any advice on how to lower it?

Hey, so I weigh about 253 pounds and want to get to about 215 by Summer ideally July.
