Progress in just 2 weeks!

So I started July 17 2011, and my scale is telling me that ive lost 11lbs! Im really happy, but im not seeing any difference. Should I be seeing something or does it take longer to see inches off.

no motivation
I was sooooo tired this morning, I couldnt motivate myself to get up at 6am :( I am going to work all day though where ill be on my feet for 8 hours! any little exercises I can do at work? I work in a public place, so its not like I can sit there and do sit ups or anything lol
