So I need to lose weight for my self esteem and health. I started my journey on sunday. I walked 1 mile in 40 minutes. Then monday I walked 1 Mile In 36 minutes. This morning I took a walk 0.8 Mile In 16 Minutes. I do 20 situps in the morning as well, I have given up pop, and drink water or cocunut water. Now im starting to reduce my portions. Ive already lost 2lbs. Anyone have any tips or recipes that you enjoy doing? My goal is to lose 70lbs total!
