I usually brown them on the stove top, then mix 1 can of cream of mushroom soup with 3/4 can of water and a cap full of liquid smoke. Let them simmer about 30 minutes and serve with brown rice and a veggie. Very tasty and not too high in calories if you measure out 1/4 cup of the "gravy". :flowerforyou:0
