Pizza, seriously?
A SINGLE slice of pizza could possibly contain ~300 calories? Seriously? I know it depends on different factors but that's just too much for an average. What are your thoughts?

Now what the **** is going on and how do I stop this,…

Can't gain weight..! :O
So I was done with my cutting phase; eating at a calorie deficit, about 1700~1800 per day, for 3 months. For the last couple of weeks, I've been increasing my calories to about 2600~2700 per day as I've decided to start bulking. But for those 2 last weeks, I've been still losing weight. ( 0.3 kg and 0.2 kg the other week )…

Weight gain fears
I'm 20, 5' 10" , 142 lbs, dropped from 170 lbs. Now everyone advises me to gain some good weight ( muscle gains as they've described ) because I look too thin with almost no lean body mass. ( I agree on the last one. ) But I'm worried if I start bulking ( eating at a calorie surplus in order to gain muscle ), that I'm…

Calculating calories for canned beans
So I have a can of beans in water and salt. Total Weight : 400 g. Drained Weight : 260 g. The nutrition label says it's 70 calories per 100 g , didn't specify if it's drained or not, and it also says : servings per container : 4. My question : How many calories for eating the whole can of drained beans? 280 (70 x 4) or 182…

Confused by serving size options
What does this mean? Does it mean that half a cup is 125 g? or is that the weight of 1 cup? And if it's for half a cup, why is it repeated throughout the whole list? and not 125/250/etc..?!

Hate measuring ice cream..
The stupid label on the 1000 ml tub indicates nutrition facts per 100 ml. How am I supposed to measure that? It'd be a mess if I used a measuring cup and the scale won't help me since ice cream has different density. I thought of emptying the tub and weighing the whole ice cream and go from there, but I realized that ice…

Filling remaining calories on a bulk.
