To keep it a one-pot meal I will often add broccoli or chopped zucchini to the meat sauce, then you don't really need a side dish0

Any green veg or salad0

You could have a nice salad. I usually just do a one-pot meal as suggested above by adding a bunch veggies to the meat sauce. One or 2 bell peppers, mushrooms, onion, carrots, zucchini, garlic, etc.0

I typically have a healthy salad and green beans. I'm not too big of a fan of asparagus, but its healthy and a good suggestion.0 -
Spinach and mushrooms sauteed with garlic and a little Worcestershire.
This would be my suggestion also. Mix the pasta, sauce, and the sauteed spinach/mushroom/garlic together for an excellent dish.0 -
salad with italian dressing and garlic bread0
