Zumba
Just got into Zumba and I love it! I have been getting so bored with just doing the treadmill/elliptical. I do 2 60 minute classes a week and also play Zumba World Party for the Wii (45 min classes) 3 times a week. I also do strength training 3 times a week. Weekend Slumps
How do you stay on track during the weekends? I find it is so much easier to maintain my goals during the week due to more structure. What do you use to motivate yourself? What types of exercises do you do on the weekends? I only go to the gym during the week since it is at my work. Any suggestions would be great! Thanks!

4PM SLUMP! HELP!
So, I am always STARVING when I get home from work around 4:00/4:30. I workout on my lunch break (around 1PM) then I eat my lunch and go back to work until 4PM...not sure if working out at this time has anything to do with it? Anyone else have this mid-day issue?? Any suggestions? Thanks!!

It seems like I fall short of my calories everyday. I also do 30 minutes on the elliptical 5-6 days a week and burn 300 calories during that time.
