Weekend help!

So, I do great all week...then the weekend comes and I can't seem to get myself to get moving/log my food....any suggestions? Any one else have this problem?

I have a problem with what I eat. I do fine all week then the weekend comes and I eat everything that that isn't nailed down! I would also like some suggestions for staying on track!!0

Look at your nutrition over the past 7 days, not just today.
Prelog your food in the morning. That way your healthy choices are already made for you.
Don't deprive yourself—ever. It just leads to binges. Fit yummy portion-controlled treats into your macros. Eat "good" or "clean" (whatever those words mean to you) 80% of the time.
Edited to add: plan activities w/ other people. Rather than meeting a friend for coffee, get it to go & chat while you walk in the park.0
