I am always consistently under my calories....usually be a couple hundred. However, I can go over on other things (sugar, carbs...) I am trying to figure out how to get my cals where they need to be without going over a ton on other things. A lot of my carbs come from produce (not sure if there is a difference). Suggestions would be great! Thanks!

If your carbs are from fruits and veg? I wouldn't sweat it. I also wouldn't sweat going over on protein a bit, or fat, actually.

But sure, add some more fruits or veg to meet your calories if that makes you happy.

Well...you're tracking carbs, sugar, and fiber, all of which are carbohydrate. Dump the sugar and replace it with protein. That's a more important nutrient to track. If you're going over on carbs, you're going over on sugar and probably fiber. But keep in mind that MFP's sugar recommendation is very low, and fiber is a minimum, not a limit.

IN OTHER WORDS, your diet is probably fine.

For me, it's all about lean protein and fiber. If I focus on those, everything else shakes out OK. If I don't, I will go over on carbs. Fat I don't worry about too much unless I find myself eating too many carbofat bombs like cake, cookies, etc, in which case my carbs are probably over so tracking carbs is good enough to keep that in check. Sugar is pretty much impossible to meet (for instance, looking at your diary there is a day where you go over and your biggest source of sugar was a single apple...), so I don't even bother tracking it.
