Row Machines?
Do to knee and ankle issues I try to avoid hard impact cardio and was pondering if a row machine would be a something to work in as a cardio alternative. Not a main replacement, but something to toss in once or twice a week in place of an elliptical with resistance. Thoughts?

Runners advice?
Ok I got really high arches so I typically buy high arch support running shoes but I still get really bad foot cramps or pain in my arches and through out my feet. Someone once suggested shoes with little or no arch support so my foot could flex more as it impacts on landing. Anyone able to chime in on this?

Re-roll
Re-rolling the use of MFP. It helped me in the past I need to get back to the basics. As a person that works 3 jobs and has a family my time has been wasted and I need to refocus with new goals in sight.
