So the app says "Mixed nuts in shell 1oz = 180cal" la question is - is that saying 1oz TOTAL weight in shell or 1oz once the nut has been removed from the shell thus enjoying 1 ounce total weight of nuts without shell? Because 1oz of mixed nuts in shell is like 2 walnuts and 3 hazelnuts - can't really believe that 5 total nuts would be all most 200 calories.

Why not just search for the entry as "unshelled", and then unshell the nuts and weigh them?0
