Well I was doing good. Then a string of injuries occured, I'm up 30lbs and dealing with post concussion syndrome now. Six weeks down with it and many more to go.

I was just cleared to start working out again finally. So I am looking for a good groups of folks to help motivate and support me. I'm stuck with cardio for a while as I am still having some neck issues, weight lifting is limited to 40lbs. Can be beneficial but rather focus on the doctors green light exercises.

This journey is going to be fun. I am putting together a dietary plan and trying to come up with interesting methods to not let the cardio boredom eat me alive. I would prefer to keep my routine to the gym as I live in North Dakota and it's still sloppy outside.

I am going to do this! I did it before having lost 85lbs and I am NOT going to be that big again ever!
