It was working fine yesterday. I disconnected the sync on both sites and reconnected and still nothing. Anyone else?

Unexpected NSV :)
So during my lunch break today, I decided to go on a brisk walk. Not only did I get a good burn, I ran into a friend who I didn't realize works in my neighborhood. Since the weather is so nice, we have a lunch break this Wednesday under the Brooklyn Bridge. If I'd just eaten in the office, that never would have happened :)

I remember reading in "Skinny *****" that coffee actually halts the fat burning process. Does anyone have information that is for or against this? I mostly drink green tea, but I started drinking coffee when I was fourteen and still treat myself with it sometimes!

All this dieting and database searching has caused me to come across some low-calorie foods that I simply never knew were that low-fat/low-cal....Do any of you have some you'd like to list? For me: Sweet potatoes: only about 100 calories... Shrimp: only 3-12 calories a piece!
