Hello,
I actually found out about this site when looking for some sort of progress counter through my iPhone. I realized I could also log into this site as well.

I recently had a birthday (my profile picture is from then) and I realized that I want to stop shlubbing around and feeling unhealthy. I'd like to get to a weight I am happy with by my 30th birthday, but I also want to make sure I'm not exhausted just climbing the stairs to my apartment.

So for my birthday, I had the "Last Supper." I went to a BBQ place, chowed down on amazing meats and soul food, then went out for drinks with friends.

While I'm sure I'll cheat here and there, I want to make sure my overall lifestyle changes.

I used to start every morning with a bagel or a sausage, egg and cheese, and most of my meals had been takeout.

I want to live a long, healthy life, and that's why I'm setting these goals for myself.

    Unsustainable, I think about ramen every time I bite down on my salad.
