Hey hey,
What are the adverse affects of going over on protein? I know I can utilize it by exercising, but today I"m over by approx. 9 grams.

You have nothing to worry about. Unless you're eating an extremely high protein diet (with little carbs/fat to balance it out) for several week/months, you're not going to do any damage.0

MFP is set by default to 15% of calories from protein, I bumped mine to 30% so I could get the 0.5 grams per pound of body weight that I am going for.
It's not bad to go over the default setting, if you want to change your percentage so it stops going red click my home.. goals.. change goals.. custom... and set the numbers, I use 40% carb 30% protein and 30% fat.0 -
Hm. I guess I'll have to figure out what's best for me. I'm trying to lose weight (and gain a little muscle).0
