I'm struggling to get sufficient protein in and am conscious of the fact, particularly as I keep getting injured and exercise pretty much daily, predominantly running. I can't decided what to do. I fell almost 2 weeks ago and got soft tissue damage to my knees, my left more than my right. Advice...to run or not?
I fell whilst running yesterday, have cut/bruised most my joints (knees, hips, shoulders, elbows and hands). I had a 10 miler planned today but am in no shape to do it as my knees and shoulder are still slightly swollen. Question is should I do it tomorrow considering my marathon is next Sunday or shall I just write it off?

Next Tuesday I'm seeing a dietitian for the first time and I'm terrified, to the extent I don't want to eat because I feel like they'll think I'm time wasting. However, I'm not sure what I should/need to ask or what they'll want to know. Help?

I'm really struggling with cramp at the moment when running and I'm never sure whether I should run through the pain or stop? Or whether anyone may know what's causing it? It is possible for me to run through it sometimes, in fact those times I stop an stretch it often seems to get worse.
