Cerazette (birth control) and weight loss?

Due to a million and one complications when asking for birth loss I've been put on cerazette today instead of microgynon which I've used before. I'm really anxious about beginning it as one of the common side effects is weight gain. I just wondered whether anyone had used it and what experiences they'd had in terms of weight loss/gain.
