Any ideas on how to lose the spare tire???
I hate that no matter how much I lose, I still have a huge girth of fat right around the middle. A spare tire that hangs over the top of my jeans. Big time muffin top! Help??!!

What to eat before biking?
What are the best foods to eat BEFORE going out for a bike ride? What are the best foods to eat AFTER you are done bike riding? I only ride between 1 hour and 1 hour and 15 min. but sometimes, during the ride, I feel very out of energy. Thoughts???

60-70% vs 80-90%???
I understand that when you work out, if you want to burn fat you should stay in the 60-70% range. If you want to improve cardio, stay in the 80-90% range. So, if you are working out in the 80-90% range, how can you not burn fat too? How is it possible to work out and not burn fat when you are burning calories???:huh:
