Is there a website that anyone uses to put the ingredients of a recipe into a program and the program will calculate the calories, fat, carbs, etc... ?

I don't know of any, but I just use this site! I put all the ingredients into, say, dinner. Then I save the meal under 'my meals' and if I'm not eating it that day, I just delete the ingredients from my diary. I often put in the whole recipe, and in the title put the number of portions it is. So if I make double, when I do eat it and enter it into my diary, I put in 0.5 of that meal. There may be an easier way but that's how I do it!
I also find that a lot of recipes on the internet or in cookery books have the nutritional info, so the work is already done for you.0 -
Thanks! I tried it out and I like it. That will help me figure the calories accurately. Thanks again!!!0
