Does anyone know the nutrition information for a small, thin crust veggie pizza using only 1/2 of the amount of cheese? I can only find information for medium pizza's?
Thanks everyone!!!

Try this web address:
http://www.yum.com/nutrition/menu.asp?brandID_Abbr=1_PH
It takes you to Pizza Hut's online nutrition calculator. I browsed it and I don't see an option for less cheese, but there's just about everything else listed there. It should give you a good idea anyway.

Yep I found that one too but it also doesn't give you a small pizza choice, only medium and large sizes.0
-
Are you talking about the Personal Pan Pizzas? Cause they're on there listed as Veggie Lovers.0
-
I dont know it offhand but it is in the database on here. You could go to their website if you can't find it.0

Ok, here's the information for the 12" Veggie Pizza, So if the Personal Pan isn't what you're looking for, then this has to be, as their mediums are 14" and their large 16".
Anyway, here's the link:

and the info:

BTW, did you change your user name? I thought I recognized the Sheltie!0
-
Yes, Shorerider I did. I read a lot about not using real names so I thought I would change it. I just went to the site you gave me and they are calling the 12" a medium. See below. So, I don't know what to put down. I just called the Pizza Hut here and they are pretty clueless but they are saying that it was a 9" and that a personal pan is a 6". But, I cannot find any nutrition info on a 9". Ughhh!

Well, how about taking the information from the 6" Personal Pan Pizza, and the info for the 12" Pizza, average them out and use that! That will probably be extremely close, as 9 is the average of 12 + 6!0
-
I'm not sure if that would work since my crust was a thin and crispy and the pan is, well, lots of bread and thick crust. I think I'll just go ahead and use the medium size nutrition and if I account for more than I should than that is just a good buffer on my calories.
Thanks for your help everyone!0 -
By the way Shorerider, have you lost 29 lbs since April??? That's awesome!!!0
-
Yes, 29 pounds, I'm shooting for an even 30 by May 1, which will be my 2 month anniversary here on MFP. But I've got over 100 to go, so I'm losing it faster right now then most will/do/can.0
-
That's incredible!!! Keep up the good work! You're doing an awesome job!0
