These are my numbers and I haven't even had dinner yet. My mom-in-law flew in last night from Indiana and we are having BBQ ribs, Baked Beans & Corn-on-the-cob. So much for protein and carbs. What is most frustrating to me though, is that every Friday, I manage to hit either 179 or 179.5 and by Monday, it is back up to 182. Every week since the end of June i have done this stupid cycle. Even on the Fridays when I eat perfectly and even on the weekends when I eat perfectly, I gain. I cannot hold the 70s. This is getting completely old! Ugggghhhhhh!!!! Again!
