These are my numbers and I haven't even had dinner yet. My mom-in-law flew in last night from Indiana and we are having BBQ ribs, Baked Beans & Corn-on-the-cob. So much for protein and carbs. What is most frustrating to me though, is that every Friday, I manage to hit either 179 or 179.5 and by Monday, it is back up to 182. Every week since the end of June i have done this stupid cycle. Even on the Fridays when I eat perfectly and even on the weekends when I eat perfectly, I gain. I cannot hold the 70s. This is getting completely old! Ugggghhhhhh!!!! Again!

This might be crazy, but when I was stuck for a while... i up'd my cal intake because I was doing alot of workouts, after months of the same weekend binge issue (I do it every weekend, ugh!) I ended up finally losing.
Of course, I went over after I up'd and gained (but i got married on a crusie and went on my honeynoon, so I forgive myself)...
You may simply need to tweak your intake0 -
Yeah, 1200 calories is kind of low for your stage.

I weighed in this morning after the BBQ ribs, Corn on the cob and baked beans from last night and I was still 179! Yeah!!! I just knew it was going to be in the 80s again. So, i hope I can hold it today and tomorrow. If I can start off the week in the 70s, I would be soooo happy. I upped my caloric intake to 1290 per day yesterday after reading your comments. I'm praying that will help. I haven't lost enough to plateau this much yet. Although my body obviously has other thoughts. I started 2 days ago with the Apple Cidar Vinegar drinking 2 Tablespoons 2 times per day, and I really think it has helped. I hope so because it really tastes nasty. :drinker:0

congrats on the not gaining! and, the plateaus come when they come unfortunately. I was shocked when I plateaued so quickly but it seems broken now.
Just keep hanging in there. trust MFP--it really does work! And 1290 is still probably too little....sorry. I'm doing 1300 a day now.0 -
do you customize MFP? or so you you let MFP set it up on the recomemmended plan?0
