How would you calculate calories burned if carrying a 20# child in a back pack while hiking? Recording a new weight
When do you record a new weight? I have to maintain the "new" weight for a week - because I can't take the discouragement of having that weight go up a pound or two once I've announced it on MFP. What about you?

Most Surprising
What is the most surprising lesson you have learned on your weight management journey? I have several, but the one I'm most thinking about lately is... Yo-yo weight gain is proportional to body size. I thought that if I were yo-yo-ing my weight would fluctuate 30+ pounds- but I now think that my yo-yo is 10 lbs.

Eating when not hungry
Do you ever find yourself eating and realize that you are NOT hungry. Why do you do that? I do when : 1 - I'm thirsty 2 - I'm having lower abdominal pain/discomfort I hate it! What are your "triggers" for eating when not hungry?

... I'm staying true to my calorie intake, hitting mostly good nutrition, doing well over all and CRUD!!! I'm steadily gaining!!! If I drop my calorie intake any more I probably won't be able to get out of bed!! Any Help out there??
